Not sustain a workout related injury.

Just one: for my brother to get rid of the vile cunt that has caused a deep rift in our family, and turned him into a complete piece of shit cast in her image. Failing that, for him to man up and fight me so I can get it out of my system...because he has a beating coming for some of the shit he's pulled.

Either way, I'd like closure on the matter.
