I can see above that some of the goals are rather vague and hard to measure. If so, then how do you know that you've achieved the goal? For example, I used to say, to be a better father; but I had no way of knowing when I was or wasn't one.

Just one: for my brother to get rid of the vile cunt that has caused a deep rift in our family, and turned him into a complete piece of shit cast in her image. Failing that, for him to man up and fight me so I can get it out of my system...because he has a beating coming for some of the shit he's pulled.
