I read a LOT, and i'm currently reading some stupid mystery that I won't finish because it's for idiots.
I read a lot of Marketing mags and gardening/health books, but I need some GOOD fiction.

Finishing up Modern Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis by Elton et al. and Sharpe's Investments (looking for moar portfolio theory texts and accounting/econ recommendations if anyone has any); Historical Studies in the Language of Chemistry by Crosland; Feynman's The Meaning of it All.
I've been meaning to get an Amazon order off for a couple months now. It takes a while to sort through everything to find the right material.
oh, ughhhh......it does take a long time...when I am searching, I dont want to buy a book that would repeat the same from some other one that I read. I get headaches when I try to decide what to get.
I a m looking into "The Golden Bough" by Sir Frazer, which can get dull and boring at times. Its a compilation of rituals, beliefs and magical practices from the world.....when I think I need a break, I grab something easier to read

The thing bout Agassi, that was controversial in that book, apparently in early 90's when he got fat, and was tanking matches, he used to take crystal meth before matches...

Not so, he was doing it in his free time-not as a performance enhancer.
He tested positive, but told them he "accidentally drank some in his friend's soda"- which was bullshit, he was snorting/smoking it with his friend
The governing body said because it was recreational, all he had to do was take a very short suspension-three months.

In other news I am about to read "Dear John" because I heard the movie sucks so I thought I'd read the book. I've only read The Notebook by Sparks before, but looking forward to some more sentimental reading.
