It's kinda common sense stuff for the most part. If it touches deep fryer grease...don't touch it.
Chicken wings, Potato Chips, Mozza sticks, etc.
I think that even though its high protein bacon is terrible for you.
If you trying to "diet" excessive cheese is not good either.
On a side note, My wife bought these flavored rice cakes. They are 90 calories in a package and taste amazing!
