What are the best candyass back exercises...?

Rest isn't an option for me. I used to take time out for injuries. Now I just keep working through... and lighten the load till I can handle my old workouts.

I recover faster if I work it.

Dangerous, and incorrect thinking.

dude...take some time off, get a diagnosis, and rehab it properly or it's only gonna be an issue again later.

I have heard that since before you were born.

Injuries heal.

Sofa- I like your style (above).... As far as the easiest back workout (I like to give people the answers they ask for) try hitting up some of the hammer strength row machines if you have some available, especially the one where you pull on the handles similar to a sitting-chest supported t-bar row (there are a few different versions).... You can do each arm seprately and you can put some major plate-ige on, like 4-6 45s on each side at a time, which makes if fun (though I never really got the feeling it contributed much to developing mass)

Interesting that you suggested that. I was checking out the equipment between sets today... and found that I could do the Hammer pulldown machine with probably the least amount of stress on my shoulder. It's going to be a bitch building up to any weight for a while. It hurt just pulling the empty bar down, but it actually almost seems designed around my injury.

Yep, those pulldowns are alright, I always liked the row you sit in and none of it is above your head.... but yeah, I think they are the cream of the candyass crop! :D

It does not necessarily translate well to the freeweights though...

I always liked how you could be benching 4 plates and some idiot give you looks cause he put up four on the hammer....

I try to stay away from them, though busting out with all those plates is mass fun and very tempting.... :D
