I'm looking for information (and, preferably, a demo, if possible ) on Arnold presses. I found a routine which incorporates them, but I don't know what they are. Thanks for the help!
There are two types... for shoulders and for chest.
Shoulder arnold presses you start with the dumbells as if you were going to do regular dumbell presses, but with your palms facing you... as you move up you twist your wrists and make them face away from you.
For the chest is the same thing... start with your plams facing you... then twist them away.
arnold presses are the shit def my fav shoulder excercise. The only thing is dont go as heavy as you would on regular dumbell presses because its easy to cheat. you're better off as with almost everything with lighter weights and a very strict movement.............dont worry you'll feel it about halfway through ur set just do them nice and slow
