What am i doing wrong

Ok Current cycle
6 weeks in, 9 more to go
Diet is on and training 5 days a week 2 diff days off every week
Doing 5-8 minutes jog/walk to warm up before working out to get heartrate up
600mg Sus a week
400mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - a week
50mg of Turanabol a day

I weigh 167lbs and have lost 5lbs in the last month but still look the same but def leaner around midsection. I want to start gainer more muscle what do i need to add to im guessing my diet???
Diet:
9am Protein shake 300cals 42g protein 17g carbs
12pm 1 banana 3tbsp anbp 440cals 14g protein 49 carbs
3pm 8oz filet 400 cals 40g protein 0carbs
6pm Protein Shake 300cals 42g protein 17g carbs
10pm Mass Recovery 385 cals 35g protein isolate 60g maltodextrin
12:30 pm couple tbsp of anpb 180 cals 7g protein 6 carbs
Remember this is an avg day some days sway but stay around this
2010 Cals 180-200g protein 149 g carbs
go to sleep around 12 and wake up at 8

bro your only taking in about 2000 cals a day if that. bump it up to around 3500-4000 and youll start packin on the weight.

your problem is 2000 calories. up your caloric intake 1000 to 2000 calories, play with it but keep it clean. if your gear is fo real and youre training hard you will grow. dude you've been on a cutting diet, what did you expect?

You're 165 pounds and doing a gram and a half a week?

You're 9 weeks in and LOST 5 pounds?

Well, you're not eating enough and my guess is that your training must be pretty damn wimpy. Or your gear is fake. If it isn't, this is quite a testament to importance of calories and heavy lifting. Steroids can't build muscle out of nothing.

If you would have bought my book you'd have gained 15 pounds naturally. If you were to use the right supplements you would have gained another 10 pounds. Then, you could have done a cycle of 250 mgs and put on another 10 pounds in 2 months. You do the math.
 
All GA labs def real have posted pics well new diet starts tommorrow i guess thats why ive been getting so lean lol but im gonna make damn sure im still eating clean bc i def like being lean and seeing all my abs defined
 
when i started lifting in highschool I was tiny 135 got up to 155 naturally over past few years got up to 172 then recently lost the 5lbs. My gear is real and i bust ass in the gym im way stonger now, it makes sense im not eating enough you cant build muscle without getting the right cals. To be honest i just now added all my cals up for the first time so i see my problem thanks everyone.

NO NO NO! DO NOT GET YOUR CALORIES FROM SHAKES. 3 shakes a day only! do not exceed 700 calories per shake. you can add 3 teaspoon of flax to your shake...good stuff for energy joints cardiovascular and cholesterol and will not be stored as fat. flax seed oil is dense calories. eat a peanut butter and banana sandwich with a large glass of 1% milk. use smuckers peanut-butter, it is pure and not hydrogenated. of course you will use 100% whole wheat bread. it is old school, but it works. and yes eat lean steak, it contains fat, protein, zinc and creatine.

ga is good. im using his test e now and its working great.
