It's possible but not the way most people train. Some of my Crossfit style workouts probably come close.

315 squat x 3 reps EMOM x 5 minutes

365 squat x 2 reps EMOM x 5 minutes
Rest 1 minute
405 squat x 1 reps EMOM x 5 minutes

That's 30 minutes so rest 5 minutes then
5 rounds of
12 deadlifts
9 hang cleans
6 push press
all with 155lbs - this takes about 10min so rest 5 min then

Jogging burns about 100 cals per mile and I damn sure couldn't do more 4-5 miles in an hour.
