weight staying the same during ketosis?

Stats
27yrs, 213lbs, 17%bf, 10 ft tall, and bulletproof.
My diet
meal 1: 5 whole omega 3 eggs and 4 egg whites
meal 2: protein shake and 2 tbsp anpb
meal 3: 8oz chicken of turkey and 1/3 cup of cashews
meal 4: same as 2
meal 5: 8 oz beef or fish and a small salad with oil and vinegar
meal 6: same as 2
2200 cals, 320 protein, in ketosis
I am on
250 test e/week
75mg t3/day
50mg proviron/day
Training
30 min pre breakfast low intensity cardio daily
5 days a week lifting heavy in the 5-8 rep range
Im pretty much staying at the same weight but dropping bf. Ive dropped 1% bf in 3 weeks. I dont have a problem with this but just want to see if it is normal to gain as much muscle as fat lost while cutting cals and being in ketosis?.
 
Keto diets are beautiful. Looks like Dave Palumbo there. Enjoy the recomp and maintenance of strength. If you were cutting calories with chicken, eggwhites, and rice it would probably be a different story. Good choice on the diet.
 
i love the diet so far.. i feel great from the moment i wake up to the second i fall asleep and suprisingly have plenty of energy in the gym. i love the fact that im not getting weak while trying to lose the fat. plus i love anpb so it feels like i am still eating sweets three times a day.
 
1% isnt much...and there is room for error that it might really be the same. I recommend totalling up your calories per day to be exact. Also more cardio.
 
It's quite possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.. Especially if you're using gear.. Take in as much protein as you can, and slip in a fair bit of cardio... You won't perhaps see the changes overnight, but they will be happening..

I recently came back from injury and went from an ungainly 16% down to 8% whilst actually gaining about 4Kg of lean mass, and that was without any gear at all.. It was a nightmare mentally, but if you're strong enough and have the mental drive to push through those gym sessions, go for it!

This is not unusual. Stay on course.
