Dear impatient Karl from the UK,

Have you tried the Shake weight? I hear all the pro bbers put a minimum of two hours a day straight shaken'.

Modifying food intake and exercise. That is what this forum is about. Stick around and read what others have posted and you'll learn something.

Firstly control you diet,You diet is too much according to your age.Just avoid junk food, fast food and most of the foods which contain fats.
Have vegetables and fruits for about few months.Go for a walk everyday at least 1 hour a day if this is a lot minimum should be 30 minutes you will see a change if you did that.

Like its been said, just start reading in this diet section. There are tons of ideas.

What are u doing now for cardio training? Cycling, walking, swimming, hiking? Can u give a better idea of how ur eating? Calories/day, Fat grams/day, sugar/day.

If u eliminate as much sugar as possible (read the labels, lots of things with sugar that aren't sweet), eat lean meats and eat LOTS of good veggies (broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers, etc) you'll be on the right track. Brown rice in moderation is great too.

Add in 30 - 45min cardio and 30-45min lifting and you'll get there. There's a basal calculator I think in my signature. Figure out how many calories a day u need and cut it by 15 to 20%.

U stick to this and it will start coming off.

Good luck.

Diet and cardio are your main concerns with losing weight. That will yield drastic results. I also recommend a regular weight training program to build lean muscle. Once you have these in place for a couple months I suggest try a fat burner to increase fat loss. N2burn and n2slin stack very well.

Be easy bro. Insulting and swearing at members is only allowed in chat and conversation section. Anywhere else on the board that will get you banned. So chill out.

Hi Karl

I'm Craig from England, UK.

About the running lark. The saying goes: It's not how you start that counts...it's how you finish!

Before you start an exercise regime I'd suggest you make an appointment with your GP first to make sure you're fit enough to start vigorous exercise. If everythings kosha then crack on with fast walking with a mile or so every couple of days. If you're fine with this then get some dumbells and/or join a gym and train with weights a couple of days a week.

Diet wise, as everyone has said already, make sure you consume fewer calories. However, make sure you introduce more low fat foods into your diet and cut out the whole milk for ssemi-skimmed, cut right down on the sugar and salt. Less salt = lower blood pressure and less water retention in the fat and muscles. Basically, equating to lower weight over time. You'll probably lose more than 2Ibs a week to start, if you employ the basics. This will probably reduce to less than 1Ib a week over the following months. However, like I said, you've got to look at the end goal not just quick results at the beginning.

To enhance your muscular aesthetics, in otherwords, what's hiding underneath the layers of fat tissue, you need to go for this type of slow weight loss and preserve the muscle at the expense of fat. Slow, methodical, weight loss is best for this.

Regards,
Craig

I've been using bulk powder as of late especially from GMP and FDA certified sources such as Nutrabio. I've dumped stimulants for Forkolin standardized to 20% as it amplifies cAMP directly without the excessive CNS stimulation and adrenal downregulation. Amino acids methionine, threonine, l-aspartic acid (not D-asparic acid) and trimethylglycine (betaine anhydrous) are good at getting body fat moving especially in and around the liver. Phenylalanine is a precursor of nor epinephrine and is also a good choice.

This followed with exercise and caloric deficit may be of use

Thank you veryuch for your suggestions guys ,

Craig,

I have rrcently undergone a medical with my local gp anyway due to work requirements so im quite confident im ok to do the exercise required what you have put has really helped and if you dont mind id like to talk to you on a regular basis for advice and things alike . Cheers again
Karl
