100gr skyr and 60gr greek yogourt
250gr of strawvberies
20gr black choclate
1 apple medium size
5 dates
1 cereal/protein bars
Dinner :
20gr black Choclate
1 apple
50gr of dry rice
200 gr of diet rice
1 teaspoon of olive oil
95gr of sardines
2 eggs
1 bananas
1 peach
250gr strawberies
