80gr of black chocolat ( very bad to eat that much, this mornin i want to throw up ! ) - 500 kcal
2 cereal/protein bar (500 kcal)
1 peach
1 appple
So more than 1000 kcal
Weight this morning 72,5kg
I will stop the cut, because it take too much willpower which i cant use in other aspect of my life i need to work on
I have a perfectly healthy weight, I wanted to go next level, for the challenge, but i have aspect of my life i need to work on before that
