hey beast i take creatine on workout days. i eat lots of tuna,rice,potatoes,cottage cheese,eggs.whole wheat bread. im on a clean bulk diet. i have got solid gains from this diet. look way more toned. i will update you with my full cycle. i will also get some pics. laterguys. and tboy thats pretty sweet about the 10mg. it sounds kind of fishy to me though. how bout you? if thats the case i wonder what the 25's are like!! holy shit i would be takin alot of var. sweet!
