Water/Sodium loading/depletion for contest.Help On test/tren/winny??

Got a show coming up in the next few months. Training for it and dieting as we speak. Looking for a tutorial or an easy explanation on how to water load/deplete and sodium load and deplete. Om on Test/tren/winny/masteron/anavar
 
Hire a contest prep coach. The worst thing you can do is diet and train your ass off only to fuck up dropping your water in the last few days and you look like shit. It's well worth it. There's a ton of info on the net, none of which is tailored for your particular body. Don't do anything drastic or out of the ordinary. That's the best advice I can give. The last week of a show makes or breaks the physique. You'll either tighten up and be full and hard or you'll be soft and flat.

Already have a coach and have everything clocked in. They said that I should not sodium load/deplete water load/deplete. RADAR said otherwise. I will do a test run 2 months out from the show to see how it works. If its not for me I dont do it show day.

Cool brol. I would listen to only one person. If you start mixing and matching ideas you'll fuck yourself. When I help people with shows or shoots I don't have them sodium load, but I do cut it out on the Wed before the show or three days out from the shoot. I'll also have them drop their water by doing a mild water load and then cutting water the night before.

Test it out first, about 4 weeks out. There is no sure or standard way to do it.

any suggestions on a simple way to do it?

I was thinking about this, the show is a saturday.

Tuesday: 2 gallon water with 5 bullium cubes
Wed: 2 gallon water with 5 bullium cubes
Thursday: 2 gallon water no cubes
friday: no water
saturday show 1:pm. (no water)

Don't sodium load. It backfires more often than not. You should be adding salt to your food at this point so then cut it out 3 days out. This will cause a lot of water loss. Also you don't need to cut your water out all day on Friday. Stop drinking water at 5 P.M. on Friday evening. Your body will get rid of the water within 12-15 hours, especially when using a diuretic.

thursday 2 gallons
friday 1/4 gallon untill 5pm. after 5 pm use over counter duiretic and 2mg armidex. 1 glass wine.
saturday(show day)-- sip water if needed. over counter duiretic. couple sips wine.
 
sodium loading is like playing roulette. It's a hit or miss game. Better have diuretic in corner in case you miss. I've always carb loaded then depleted. However, many I know who sodium load and deplete had success like this: gradually increase sodium from monday to thursday then friday a.m. drastically cut it off. Through ozzmosis the water will follow the salt. This is a powerful all natural diuretic effect.

Drink a gallon of water on Friday until 5 P.M. Skip the wine.
