Water retention, too much estro bad???

Do you guys think that water retention is a bad thing, that comes from estrogen right? Well during a cycle, too much estro is a bad thing? Any clue as to how long that will last, I mean, if I was taking too much, most that shit convern into estrog, if I quit, how long before levels will go down. Any clue anyone?

Water retention is not really a problem other than you look bloated. The big problem from too much estrogen is that you may get gyno (grow boobies).

The water retention will go away a couple days after the gear is out of your system.

Hmm, any side effects from having elevated estro levels? For a period of a cycle? I never got gyno but I guess I was close to it. My nipples were just hard for a month.
