i am with daisy_girl all the way........it is important to eat more meals during the day small meals though every 3 hrs or so..... the meals if kept small are like logs on a fire.. you give just enough to keep it going the fire is your metabolism..... and it tricks your body ... if you starve your body it learns fast to store what ever fat it can get.. have you ever noticed the fat people that eat one or 2 meals aday..... there body is holding on to the fat for safety....because it is being starved all the time..... so what you have to do is trick your body.....let is have a little food all through out the day so it becomes less likely to hold on the fat it begins to trust it ..... then have a cheat day on Sunday.....eat what ever you want ..this will really tell your body no to worry you are not starving it..... and one more thing dont eat at least 3hr before bed.. if you are dieing before bed try some beef jerky.. the no fat kind it is not filling but might get you past the attack..... i hope this kinda paints a picture for you the girls are telling you right......and you have have heard of Albuterol it is about the same thing asthma med...and has the same side effects.......
