lower side effects using nutrobal and sr9009?

I’m 52 years old and I’m around 180 lbs and 5’11”
My goals are to lose some body fat and also boost my recovery and endurance
I’ve heard good things about nutrobal and sr9009
the trouble is based on my research the dosing is very crucial because if you don’t do it correctly you’re not going to get any benefits in the first place
what is your recommendations for how I should dose it based on what I’m looking for?

you wont get too many sides with nutrobal or stenabolic
but mk677 you get hunger issues a lot i get them
but sr9009 you get short half life so use before training
 
you won't go wrong with some GW and rad
 
Sr is a good option it's good for endurance
 
I would do GW if you want to dose every 24 hours
 
nutrobal is good if you want better sleep and more anti-aging
