Want to get big but dont want creatine?

eat nonstop, but eat clean.

the most basic and easy to do, but solid routine is stronglifts 5x5. google that and start with the beginner program.

i believe russ^^ is doing some sort of variation of that program right now.. or someone with a similar name.

it gets hard quick, i also add pullups and weighted plank to workout A, and dips and weighted side plank to workout B

Yes you are correct I was doing it with great success all across the board but have recently switched due to tight hips n shit, giving them a break. Stronglifts 5x5 is an excellent program for all lifters looking to take a step back to the basics and get strong as an ox :) highly advise it.

Take creatine man they've done studies when stop don't lose the gains have made just a slight loss of fullness

creatine is not a steroid, it is an amino acid and even eating meat helps supplement creatine. there is apprx 1 g of creatine in a 1/2 pound of meat. creatine pulls water into the muscle cells which increases protein synthesis and helps generate ATp
 
Creatine is the only supplement that i believe in works.. When you take creatine you get stronger, which causes more muscle growth, not only that creatine pull water inside the muscle cells to make them full and incresae protein synthesis as cobra have said... Creatine also increase growth hormone and igf-1, it can have an direct effect on muscle growth but nothing like roids..
When you come off you'll lose some strength and water but you'll keep the muscle you've gained on it which is what you want..

If you're gonna try it, buy a good brand, that is hplc tested, not all creatine are the same..
 
I take a preworkout, bcaa's, and protein. I got lean but i want to get bigger. Any advice?

Eat more. There is no secret to gaining size or magical supplement. Its very simple train your ass off, be consistant, lots of rest, and eat well above maintenance calories for your weight. If you do this every year you should gain about 15 lbs of muscle depending on your current level. Once you reach an advanced level this will slow down, at this point you will have years of experience and know what to do.

Ive made great gains on creatine, and keep most of it. It does occur naturally in food. I love it. I can tell you not all creatine is the same. Ive used several that did "NOTHING". That being said it is my fav supp. when you get good stuff.

Thats a great article about BB rows. I do all my BB rows pendlay style. yates rows are awful and an injury waiting to happen.

I didnt much care for the douche bag commentary that the asshole author threw in like "the steroid body builder Dorian Yates" or "if your one of those steroid guys that spends more time with your drug dealer than training"
What a classless asshole.

Other than that....great teaching tool for rows.
