Vets and mods. Help with estrogen

I've been diagnosed with high estrogen. No gyno but droopy titties. My doctor is debating whether to put me on femmera or not. Since this looks like this may be lifelong therapy, I'd like to use as low a dose as possible but I'd like to know if I can take anything to supplement the femmera? What about Proviron?

yes good choice but proviron is illegal in U.S. if that is where you are from - just follow up by testing to make sure e does not get too low (letro is very powerful)

arimidex

For your entire life ? I'm no expert on this but I'd rather hit Armosin since it aint bad as the rest on your lipid profile.

It depends on the reasons, but if you need to keep estrogen low and want to take as little drug as possible, you may be able to get away with as little as a 1/2 mg of a-dex a week if you also supplement it with some supplements (Bad sentance, but you know what I mean) . Proviron isn't a great choice in your case since it's better during and/or following a cycle. And as mentioned, it isn't available in the U.S, so it's a moot point since you can get the doc to write a legit script. I can't mention the anti-e supplements here. PM me.

Sorry to hear that bro. Your condition is quite uncommon, so maybe you can tell us more? How are your other blood values, like test, prolactin, have you been on a cycle and was it recently? Do you suffer from other side-effects? Do you have a high bf% (bodyfat contains loads of aromatase).

About the femara, I think your blood lipid profile will not suffer much if you keep your estradiol levels in the normal range. You probably need to change your dosage a few times and see what comes out of the blood tests.
