since im just getting back to it the past 2 workouts have left my very sore.
i was wondering wat could i do to ease the soreness before tomorows workout so it doesnt effect me to much
any suggestions?

I stretch and I'll perform some light, "casual" plyos/calisthenics at home to get blood pumping into the sore muscle. This will help with recovery.

For intance, if it's my back; I'll pull out the rubber tubing and perform some light pulldowns. Legs, I perform squats (bodyweight), knee ups, a little bit of jump rope.

The worse thing you can do is nothing.

After upper body workouts I just do some pushups to help with recovery.

I don't do a lot for leg recovery though. Unless you count sprinting on my off days as recovery.

what is your post workout nutrition like

i have noticed for me that if i eat more of my total cals after my workout that it helps my recovery a great deal

most of my workouts are full body so im not sure but it might be something to try

obviously stretching after the workout and doing light resistance the next day or two will help as well
