VEINS..help

I have been itching for the last few weeks to ask this question..so here it goes.
I have noticed that in my left leg (behing my knees), veins just showed-up... They look ugly and they are only in my left leg.
Why the just showedup? is this permanent? how can I get ridd off them?
Any advise will be greatfull.

Are they simply veins in your legs from being lean or are they Varicose veins??? I get veins in my calves and thighs when i am down in bodyfat...as well as my arms etc...

otherwise varicose veins are not something so pretty......

i have a vericose vein on the top of my right foot ( thanks to my lovely on my feet 4 million hours a week job) hurts like heck and itches. i found elevating my foot and putting ice on it helps.

Yes I have been under lots of stress in the past weeks....but its has been over for 2-3 weeks now....
Pregnant???? ...hell no.....I have more then enough with my little 5 year old girl
I have been sick since I came back from my wedding and now I have allergies...I just took 4 days off from working out...and rest a little bit. Feel like a billion $$$ dollars.
Now siriously I will see what happens in the next few weeks. I am not over-reacting about the veins ..even my husdband asked me about it.
By the way, he is very happy about the way my body is changing..
Like he says "you are getting tight " jejeje
