took my var on an empty stomach (25mg's) this morning and did my cardio and threw up. Should i always take var w/ food? Also suppressed my appetite quite a bit.

I take it with food, but that is just because I eat all the time

I'm on 80-100mg Var/day and been on for like 3 weeks! It has completely killed my appetite but not my sex drive.
It's really hard to consume 6-7meals/day now!

nah don't worry bro just make sure you swallow it, and time of the day, empty stomach and all that stuff is just useless details that won't make any noticable difference
