I will agree too many jump in to deep without knowing or researching, but him asking a question is better than him not, and rather than aggressively stating how to properly run a full test cycle, answer the question at hand without trying to belittle him.
When someone asks a noob question, gets an answer he didn't want, and then continues to question the vets about it, that's when you should be up front. Nobody likes a knownit all who knows nothing . But in this case he asked a simple question and seems to be taking In the info given.. So no need to make comments such as " who the fuck takes only 40 Mgs of var"..
you don't know his goals.
Makes it a discouraging place to want to open up and ask questions,
when you get gunned down so quickly.
