Vacation in 2 months and need help.

As you can see from my subject line I am headed to Mexico for a week long vacation on the beach. I am struggling with weight loss and my body image. Currently I am 5'11" and weighed in at 192lbs today, I am hoping to be 180 when I leave for vacation in April. I have been doing the insanity workout and I am currently on my 4th week. I have also been doing extra cardio on the elliptical at my house daily. I try and do at least 45 minutes of cardio after insanity, my problem is I can't seem to lose any more weight. I am hoping someone can give me an idea of what else I can do to speed up my weight loss. I've tried taking weight loss pills but I used to take them a lot when I was younger so now my body seems to not have any sort of reaction to the pills. Any help is truly appreciated.

I try and eat the best I can, typically I wake up do insanity and then cardio and will eat 2 hard boiled eggs and have a cup of coffee. Then I'm off to work and I will eat an apple around 10 and another cup of coffee. I will have lunch around 12:30-1 and eat a salad with grilled chicken or some tuna. I end up getting home from work around 6:30 and then have dinner which vary from a wide variety that my wife makes me. Just figured I'd put that out there and would like any feedback and ideas for improvement.
