VAAM - Super Hornet's Juice

Anyone ever heard of VAAM - super hornet's juice? Well, I know it doesn't sound great, however, it is an endurance and fat burning drink that's all the rage in Japan. I ordered some recently and took it for the first time today. I don't know if it was me but I could definitely tell the difference in terms of how I felt. I did 90 min. of cardio (45 crosstrainer and 45 running on treadmill) and 30 of abs and felt like I hadn't done anything. It's supposed to go straight for the "fat" reserves for energy.
