using straight bars vs. EZ bars

So I am pretty new to the gym and there is a rack with both straight bars and easy bars have different curves to them
they have the same weight for each type
my question is when I am doing different exercises is it a good idea to alternate on each set or should I stick to one type of bar for the entire work out the next time change up the bar?
What do you like to do when it comes to this question

there's nothing wrong with adjusting your training

hitting your muscle at different angles is actually a smart idea

adjusting the angle of your wrist will hit a different part of the muscle it's important

at the end of the day why not give it a shot and see if it works for you

I like to do two sets with different angles on the bars each

I'll do alternating with different angles one set per angle and even the way I hold the bar will change

try inside gribbs middle grips and outside grips as well change it up
