I have read here that Upright Rows are hard on your rotator cuff.. why is this?
Would using DBs instead of a BB help alleviate the problem?
(I used to do BB bench and my cuffs were gettin killed, since switching to DBs I have had no probs.)
Oh yeah... heavy uprights are the only excersize that seem to really work my shoulders.
