Upper middle chest

Hey bros, got a question,

Is there a way to better fill in the upper middle chest? I do incline DBs but it seems like my outer upper pecs get all the work. I was thinking maybe dropping flat bench every other week and going with straight incline movements (like 8 sets) with 4 sets crossovers.

Now i do 3 sets incline, flat, decline, crossover. I change it up weekly (cut sets here, add sets there).

Best you can do is keep doing what you're doing. Targetting the middle of your chest is near impossible. Even all the inclines, declines and flats do little to really target one area of the chest. You can't really change the shape of your chest. It's like any other muscle; you can make it bigger and stronger, and you can remove the fat around it. But as far as sculpting one part of it, it's pretty much impossible. :)

sorry bros, i dont visit the training board that much, im usually trying to learn about anabolics. Just thought there might be a few tips on excercise variations that might give a better squeze at the top of an incline movement or something.

Ill stick to what im doing i guess.
