Undies at the gym

I'm only 23y/o and I too think it's tacky and tasteless for someone to purposely have her g-string in full view for people to see. If her pants were too low and she showed her undies unintentially then that's okay. But this is a reason why wearing very low cut pants should be avoided when at the gym.

Exactly............you're there to work out presumably, not to show off your ass......although I guess some people are there to show off their assets....but not us on EF surely?? LOL :p

New trends are worse.

Take a look, handkerchief skirts are back in style.

I hated them in the 80's - it's like prom all over again.

SoCal is as bad as LI NY and NJ - they all have own styles and some are less that attractive.

That said, I don't follow trends for my own style - I'm all for classic timeless lines - which makes shopping a challenge and expensive. If I were to follow anything it would be shoes, boots and jeans.

I know I know I sound like a terrible snob - I can't help myself.

:worried:

In or out of style, I think having undies or bra straps deliberately show is undignified and in poor taste, no matter what the age or body type.

Right then.

It can't be said any better than that.
