In addition to trying to find gym equipment, this above book is like trying to find a Unicorn, too.

It's an awesome book on some real workable cycles. My friend showed it to me. He lost it while he was moving

Too bad, the dude never printed it out.

Anyone want to sell me a copy ? If you do, please message me.

It's not even on Ebay or anywhere else.

My friend showed it to me on his laptop screen. He said when he paid for it and downloaded it to his laptop. He was so enthusiastic about it....and I looked at it, too and took some brief notes (which I no longer have); I recall it was pricey at $70 at least.
