seems hard to believe your body fat is close to 20%. you look leaner to me.
Yeah you are super knowledgeable with this Steve, maybe if u have time you can try to explain that to me, I definitely feel leaner then 19% for bodyfat I can only go off of the full body scan at the weight management office, it could be wrong I am not entirely sure.

down below are my thoughts and how I am feeling and adjusting so far with week one. All in all I feel great I feel happy very little aggression outside the gym , go wirh the flow living life 😎 many weeks to go but that is how we are doing for the first few days.


Today marks my first day back at the gym and training for my first week on cycle, ad the days went by the pip was a bit more id say 1/10 for hindering me or preventing a Workout, that is simply not the case.

I would say I developed a nickle dimension as far as inflammation nothing insane it I touch it or lay on my side I feel it but it doesn't stop me from laying on my side it's just kind present for me.

I just ice it twice a day for 1 hour total 30 minutes a session and swelling had already gone down a tiny bit and hasn't increased in size or pain factor, truly I chalk it up to my body not being used to mig812 carrier oil, the testosterone dose no pip inflammation etc. I will say it is probably the primobolan amd the large amount of oil inject into the muscle.

I will just have to play human pin cushion and he smart with rotating sites and being proactive with the pip, I am 100% confident even in 100mg/ml that para pharma primo is a potent motherfucker ( I mean that in the best way possible, call me weird but the pip let's me know it's primo it's quality etc, in my head if primo had no pip to some degree I would question it lol. All in all I love para pharma and some pip isn't going to stop me, besides no flu like symptoms or any of that and it is now Wednesday I did injections Monday, the carrier oil is fine and I'm G2G it's just the volume of compound but hey we keep pushing forward gentleman.

Training went great and I am super happy being back in the gym, one thing ice noticed I am sweating a hell of alot more then I used to, it's not really hot outside today or in the gym and I am doing the same routine, who knows maybe with everything I'm doing my metabolism is kicking into high gear go a certain degree way more sweating then ever for me today.

I will say everything so far is excellent and I am doing cardio while I type all this trying to be proactive and fit everything in.

Even though it's super early and of course this could be major placebo, I have noticed after that first primo injection my veins are more present and already popping more for no reason, I just can be sitting down are my veins are popping like ik working out, also when I work out I've noticed I can see way more veins in places and the pump is awesome.

I Ran a small test today by doing a bunch of different things in the gym to see where I stand now, so if the future 6 weeks and then 12 weeks I can say now I feel and see and can push X amount or train more this way etc.

( I feel my waist line must he really low, they say I'm 36in with measurements, if I put on 36in shorts or pants they fall off when I button them , I have to pull the belt to the 6th loop to tighten) I also fit comfortably into size 32in shorts and pants still need a belt to hold them up but not to and extreme of 6 belt lopps in like the size 36. I am bit perplexed about the my waist atm.

Daily calorie intake 1500-2000 plus carb cycling days and no carb days.

That's the only things I'm taking brother other then the same vitamins and minerals I always take which have never caused that, who knows . Very interesting with the cryotherapy! Brother you are a wealth of information and I enjoy it 😎

I think your need around 4 weeks to start to feel really at 100% the primo.

Some AAS made excessive sweat but with Test / Primo i don't know why you have this side effect.
Medication as antidepressant medicines, certain allergy medicines, certain medicines for Parkinson's disease, antispasmodic medicines to relieve urinary incontinence, neuroleptics, and a medicine for migraine (pizotifen) and heart rhythm disorders (disopyramide) made excessive sweating, so if you don't use medication like this you have surely a reaction of your actual lab / product.

I'm glad for you about the training / feeling.
Try to hydrate well yourself, if you have opportunity take a supplement " electrolytes " with good ratio of magnesium / calcium / potassium and recharge around 2 to 3 time a week (not everyday)

When your plan a blood work try to add this "electrolyte value" because depend your potassium level you need to dose your supplement from your plasma level (low potassium are bad sometime = highBP and elevated potassium are bad too = low BP)

Besides there was a bodybuilder during 90" named Momo Benaziza who died in his hotel room during a competition, the autopsy had revealed that he had taken a potassium blocking diuretic and taken potassium supplement .... and to much potassium = cardiac arrest

So electrolyte but with good ratio.

Watermelon if you like = good for hydratation and give some citruline <3 awesome for well-being, sexual side, and pump at training ;)

Have amazing cycle and train like warrior my friend (don't skip day off and good sleeping too)

Maybe I was just working harder then normal and I try to work hard daily, could have just been a one off situation brother. I don't sweat at night or when I'm relaxing it was just during the gym experience the other day.

Definitely will look into electrolytes I do stay extremely hydrated during the day and night, no diuretics or any blockers on cycle just test and Primo brother.

Also very interesting story with the 90s BB . Sad but a reality.

I wanted to start out by saying a quote I heard that I think about alot.

" to avoid criticism you say nothing, you do nothing and you become nothing"

What I mean by that quote is at first I was overwhelmed when I began my journey again, I had lost everything I worked so hard for, for a long time I avoided the gym and I avoided trying to become something.

The wonderful feeling is being so early in the process and I feel so much more alive and vibrant, the gym pump on cycle so early is stupid good! I haven't changed anything in my routine other then introducing primo and test.

My lifts and high reps are becoming easier so far and I can go for more reps at the same weight or I can increase the weight 5-10lbs and get more efficient reps, the pump is so good I have to shake my arms out sometimes.

Stamina is also improving, when you are so used to how your body works and performs you can tell when it is working more efficiently.

As far as the pip goes, it is going down still that bruised feeling but it's just there not really a problem in any way whatsoever. I thought maybe getting 25g needles and a deeper IM injection plus warming compound beforehand might also be beneficial, I will experiment and report back.

I wake up more rested and feeling recovered daily since Monday injections and my motivation is healthy. I can already push more then just with test alone not crazy or anything but more that I notice the improvement already this early on.

I've noticed I'm actually alot more laid back and relaxed outside of the gym which makes me happy, the more stress mitigation the leas chance of hypertension issues.

Also hopefully my 1:1 ratio of test and Primo works out and I don't crash my E2 plan if I feel like garbage and that happens, keep primo at 200mg bump test up 250mg see if it helps ( this is just a hypothetical situation) but something in the back of my mind I need to be prepared for and have a plan. The extreme plan within reason if 250 test doesn't work bump test to a maximum of 300mg and primo kept at 200mg , options worse case scenario!

We stay the course and let compounds build at 1:1 for the next 4 weeks, patience is key and staying grounded in logic.

My next situation to tackle is the best sites to rotate for primo injections, if the entire cycle will give me pip those muscles are going to need a week or longer to recover, I could try to shoot half the primo dose in one injection site and half in a different site as well, just ideas I thought about it, my thinking is less volume and oil=happier muscles with less inflammation over time .

I felt the go switch flipped today when I enter the gym i am even more excited to train then I already am when I use nothing but my trt.

I have always loved to do Bodyweight movements in between resistance Training with Dumbbell movements, helps keep my heart rate elevated thus mixing in some cardio and extra calorie burning during Training before I even hit the treadmill. I am a firm believer that all the high rep Bodyweight movements help ke achieve higher endurance with the weights. The pump is increased for me all over when doing Bodyweight and I really enjoy it.

Yes the veins are starting to make and appearance. I hope you take care my friend 💪

Yeah It feels off I have shown my entire self good bad and ugly flexed and relaxed from all sides so I feel everyone has a good idea of and educated guess on what I might be at. Who knows how accurate the body scan and scale is at the doctors office. At the end of the day I just keep grinding.

It's not easy to know really the % of body fat.
When i see your veins i'm with Steve & Ballin.

Here i have the chance in unicersity hospital to have a real stuff and you know with highly precision your weight from bone, muscle, water, fat.
I see in September to know if i have the possibilty to suscrieb and check this, you have maybe the same things in your location ?
The stuff cost around 600K € without maintenance (total price around 1million€).

But if you see your veins on arms, legs, it's good sign about your body fat (more your fat more the veins disappear)

I'm interested to know when you have the results, and if possible in september again to see what difference do you have on the results.

But if your diet / training and respect the time off are ok (and of course good quality stuff ;-D) your get for sure awesome results.

If i have well understand, you feel " relaxing " effect, it's good sign, stacked with lot energy and power during training ...

I hope your get this effect during all cycle, surely the combo Primo/Test ;)

Brother don't ever change who you are, Lundgren you are so thoughtful and kind as well as super positive. I appreciate you and the knowledge you bring. I feel you are exactly what the lifting community needs more of, you are a great person and I for one am happy to call you a brother and a friend.

Yeah my hospital is supposed to get some new equipment that I guess is way more accurate then the equipment they use now for measurement of Bodyweight, bodyfat water, muscle etc. The current equipment the doctor said is about 80-90% accurate with all those things.

I have definitely noticed as my journey continues I am getting more vascular in the arms, also in my upper chest and shoulders area I have a good amount of veins that pop out with a pump.

I agree brother I hope the entire cycle goes this great! I appreciate you and all the kind words as always, happy Friday for you brother 😎

Second set of injections of primo & test today. I just got done with injections and it is currently 10:17am as I write this update.

I decided to go through my old Hallandale pharmacy box that I used to get from the clinic I was with. I was in luck because I still Have some unopened lurelock 3ml syringes and some unopened 23g needles.

I used the 20g needle attached to the 3ml syringe to draw up both compounds, primo I drew first as I take 1ml of it followed by the testosterone since it is only .4 right under half a ml. I think I need to get more of these 3ml or even 2ml because having that 20g needle made drawing so fast and so easy compared to the first set of drawings I did on Monday for week one.

I like to switch things up and try different methods, so for today we mixed the test and Primo in the same syringe and we injected them together all in one shot. I chose the stomach just below my belly button for injection site. I did the glutes Monday left side and right side.

I used a 23g needle 1.5in length. I punched that thing all the way in full send ( obviously I went slow till I had the needle all the way pushed in) needle went in smoothly had no problems pushing past anything. I really took my time with this injection I went way slower with pushing the oil through the syringe even stopping a few times and counting to give my self extra seconds and break up the injection. I wanted to see if going way slower and taking breaks would help with oil not possible getting stuck or pooling up in one area. I've used the stomach before and I actually like that spot as a rotation spot for injections. I find it I'd easy it is smooth and it can hold a good volume in my case anyway.

I wanted to see if going super deep with a 1.5in needle would actually lessen the pip and possibly of inflammation and a small knot from said inflammation, we will find out in the next few days. Plus if pip is bad atleast I can stand and sit and it not make a difference in discomfort level as far as feeling like a small bruise etc.

I still get super nervous for some reason and I have to tell myself to relax you've been here before. I feel it's because I've used the cream for so long my nerves just ball up a bit and my adrenaline starts to pump a bit, it doesn't stop me or prevent me from doing the injection, if anything it is just really annoying to deal with while trying to inject lol.

I always make sure to use alcohol pads to clean around the sides top and middle of the vial as well as the injection site I am super through about this everytime.

I have a sharps bin so I use proper disposable of needles and syringes as well 100% doing everything the right way and not cutting corners.

I do really like mixing the two compounds and doing it simple in one shot I felt it went in alot smooth with way less resistance then the first time I did it in insulin syringes in separate spots. The beautiful thing is learning growing and finding more efficient ways and simpler ways to be better over time as I go.

The shot of primo and test really just boost my engery pretty quickly after injection, could be placebo as I am uncertain, or nerves but I can say after injections it feels like that movie limitless if anyone has ever seen it, you go from just normal to super charged up and ready to tackle the day in my experience.
Takes a while for my body to relax and chill after the adrenaline spike during injections, nothing we cant manage just takes time and eventually subsidies.

Overall I feel way more endurance with my cardio training and with the weights. I know myself and my routine top down so when in the gym I have mental logs of lifts and reps weights etc, plus my written logs on EF. I will have a super accurate representation of what it is like just trt and what a small cycle can do vs trt, it is exciting having the comparison and showing the difference in all aspects or training.

I have noticed I am not getting as sore already and I seem to be recovering a bit better as well, still very early so we will see if this keeps up and increases or falls off over time. I haven't trained any different. The only difference is I feel way more efficient in my lifts and I don't feel I Have to over compensate. I am getting great pumps nice vascular improvements. I can say if anything being on cycle I dont feel I need to train as long as before and I can get the same amount of work done at a much faster more effective rate then with just my trt.

I will say it over and over again Para Pharma is some strong potent stuff,

I fully expected to have to wait weeks for a build up, that isn't the case I can feel and have felt the compounds working since first injection. I have will say some key benefits endurance with reps and sets quicker recovery better mind muscle connection as well as being more effective and a big boost in positive energy and mood, libido is also strong not that I care much about that but I wanted to note it as it is part of it with the cycle.

People talk down on primo and I will never understand it because so far in under a week and using a small amount of it with small test amounts I have noticed nothing but beneficial changes in all aspects. I have a baseline with using just test and I respond quickly to it, which leads me to believe my cycles never need to go high in mg nor do I need to add 5 compounds. I will be the guy who runs maybe a max of test and 2 other compounds as the furthest I will ever go.

For now and the foreseeable future it will be test and one other compound, I like knowing I'm using very little and having the comfortable factor that I am more on control with side effects and potential of controlling what might go wrong, so in my case it is always low dose very little compounds and number 1 is safety and focusing on my training and utilizing the tools in the compounds properly at all times.

Taking a break from cardio today after two days on, will resume the last 2 days of cardio Saturday Sunday.

I am becoming more Machine like in efficiency with my time spent resistance Training, I half to take way less time in-between sets my strength and recovery is much faster with all lifts start to finish, it is one incredible feeling, I've never experienced this before not even with my trt. I am very excited and pleased with my ability for better training sessions.

If anything I am holding back some just to be safe on cycle, I am pushing and pushing very hard but I am staying within my limits and doing it correctly. My goal isn't strength but I will take it if it comes gradually.

I've gotten more body parts done with my training in 3 days then I ever have before, it's pretty nuts thinking about only have legs left on Saturday, I understand it is only one day saving with resistance Training, to me that is impressive typically id be sore and slow down... not since starting my cycle I seem to recover alot faster and more efficiently.


I did all those reps and sets and I am not even tried when before I'd be exhausted after that!

Everyday I wake up feeling fresh and ready to go very rested ( nutrozol for the win I take it daily before bed and it's lights out peaceful restful deep sleep )

Second set of injections of primo & test today. I just got done with injections and it is currently 10:17am as I write this update.

I decided to go through my old Hallandale pharmacy box that I used to get from the clinic I was with. I was in luck because I still Have some unopened lurelock 3ml syringes and some unopened 23g needles.

I used the 20g needle attached to the 3ml syringe to draw up both compounds, primo I drew first as I take 1ml of it followed by the testosterone since it is only .4 right under half a ml. I think I need to get more of these 3ml or even 2ml because having that 20g needle made drawing so fast and so easy compared to the first set of drawings I did on Monday for week one.

I like to switch things up and try different methods, so for today we mixed the test and Primo in the same syringe and we injected them together all in one shot. I chose the stomach just below my belly button for injection site. I did the glutes Monday left side and right side.

I used a 23g needle 1.5in length. I punched that thing all the way in full send ( obviously I went slow till I had the needle all the way pushed in) needle went in smoothly had no problems pushing past anything. I really took my time with this injection I went way slower with pushing the oil through the syringe even stopping a few times and counting to give my self extra seconds and break up the injection. I wanted to see if going way slower and taking breaks would help with oil not possible getting stuck or pooling up in one area. I've used the stomach before and I actually like that spot as a rotation spot for injections. I find it I'd easy it is smooth and it can hold a good volume in my case anyway.

I wanted to see if going super deep with a 1.5in needle would actually lessen the pip and possibly of inflammation and a small knot from said inflammation, we will find out in the next few days. Plus if pip is bad atleast I can stand and sit and it not make a difference in discomfort level as far as feeling like a small bruise etc.

I still get super nervous for some reason and I have to tell myself to relax you've been here before. I feel it's because I've used the cream for so long my nerves just ball up a bit and my adrenaline starts to pump a bit, it doesn't stop me or prevent me from doing the injection, if anything it is just really annoying to deal with while trying to inject lol.

I always make sure to use alcohol pads to clean around the sides top and middle of the vial as well as the injection site I am super through about this everytime.

I have a sharps bin so I use proper disposable of needles and syringes as well 100% doing everything the right way and not cutting corners.

I do really like mixing the two compounds and doing it simple in one shot I felt it went in alot smooth with way less resistance then the first time I did it in insulin syringes in separate spots. The beautiful thing is learning growing and finding more efficient ways and simpler ways to be better over time as I go.

The shot of primo and test really just boost my engery pretty quickly after injection, could be placebo as I am uncertain, or nerves but I can say after injections it feels like that movie limitless if anyone has ever seen it, you go from just normal to super charged up and ready to tackle the day in my experience.
Takes a while for my body to relax and chill after the adrenaline spike during injections, nothing we cant manage just takes time and eventually subsidies.

Overall I feel way more endurance with my cardio training and with the weights. I know myself and my routine top down so when in the gym I have mental logs of lifts and reps weights etc, plus my written logs on EF. I will have a super accurate representation of what it is like just trt and what a small cycle can do vs trt, it is exciting having the comparison and showing the difference in all aspects or training.

I have noticed I am not getting as sore already and I seem to be recovering a bit better as well, still very early so we will see if this keeps up and increases or falls off over time. Your used TRT before this cycle if my memorie are well.
So add Primo you have maybe the effect from the start, and your surely feel at 100% in a few weeks.

Depend the oil the product are assimiled quickly for exemple when i use Bayer TE i feel the long effect side, the oil is stick (like Castor or Olive oil) and when i used TE from other lab i feeling more quickly than Bayer (the oil are liquid like peach oil or MCT oil).

So i think depend the oil used to made your product it's normal to have some effect during the first week, but wait at week 3/4 and see if your feel a difference.

I just think about one things because i use Primo too (but home made) and i think it's great idea to add DHT level in blood work.

That's funny because i use the same seryngue 3ml BD, i used other brand 2,5ml before that and for shoulders i use blue needle 06x30mm and for gluteus maximus black 07x40mm.

You think it's better to inject in twice / week ?

Because Primo half-life are estimated at 10,5 days.

About Testosterone Cypionate :
Testosterone is metabolized to various 17-keto steroids through two different pathways.
The half-life of testosterone cypionate when injected intramuscularly is approximately eight days.
In many tissues the activity of testosterone appears to depend on reduction to dihydrotestosterone, which binds to cytosol receptor proteins.

When your inject in the muscle (for exemple today on the left shoulder) try to rest your muscle for 15/20 days to inject again and inject very slowly, because every injection are aggresive for the muscle, sometime made some inflammation or hemorragie.

Ohhhhh you have special back day too ? I use the same things because the full back are like special legs to me :-)

At the end of your training, try doing a set of lumbar that's help a lot for posture everyday and other exercice too and depend your job that's help a lot too :)

I have just enjoyed the Monday-Friday split for injections as far as the test and primo go I really liked mixing into the same syringe and slow pushing it into the muscle. I like splitting the injections beginning and end of the week and take less mg at a time during the injection, in my head it let's me see how my body is going to react with said compounds. I always have handled testosterone very well and adding in Primo has seemed to enhance the quality my mood feeling wellbeing and level of training also elevated, very pleased and happy so far. I also just prefer splitting my test dose up instead of one mega dose of test.

I am definitely letting my muscles rest I appreciate the duration of rest I should allow thank you for the tip!

I also feel I could be reacting faster with the compounds because my bodfat is alot lower and I've spent alot of tike building a base over the years and wirh my comeback. When I first started I was 245lbs I am now down to 209lbs I've made a heck of a change brother and it could contribute to the effectiveness of my cycle.

The improvements with vascularity amd definition in certain areas are already showing small improvements in just week one of my 12 weeks on the combination of test and Primo, I really am starting to understand the difference and feeling training on vs off.

I definitely am very mindful of rotation with injection sites my friend 😎 my off days are Monday Tuesday each week so I take 48 hours off in a row for total rest and recovery. I average about 7-8 hours of sleep a night so definitely doing well on that front!

I like to cut in half so I don't Have a huge amount of androgens at one time flying through my system, I like to break it up and have a slower continuous flow beginning to the end of the week.

Definitely will be having my meal soon brother. I hope you take care and have a great weekend brother.

Saturday July 22 Legs/Caves/Cardio

I decided to switch up the rep ranges a little bit today. I also added in Squats at the end of the workout today wanted to fully exhaust the muscles at the end.

I injected Friday mixing test and primo together and that might just be a winning combination, I injected into the abdominal area and so far other then feeling like a minor bruise the inflammation is way less the know is the size of a dime compared to a larger size when using the glute, overall I call this a success I did Squats tension with the core and I felt no pain or issues. I feel moving forward this is the best option mixing and inject both compounds at once, also seemed to take the bite off the primo having it mixed. I also think small amount in stop small amount in stop making the injection take longer time help a ton.

Sleep is still very good recovery very good training ability being in the zone much improved. Overall so far everything is on the up and up.

With week one coming to a close here shortly my thoughts are I am handling and adjusting very well with the 200/200 hard to believe I need to stick with this for the next 4 weeks, as I definitely feel I could push sooner then later my original cycle layout which is,
250 test & 300 primo A week

I originally started 1:1 to see how I would react and feel, I have thought about possibility of end of week 2 or 3 pushing up into the 250/300 which is max dosages for this cycle. I don't want to get greedy I am just very curious how my mind and body would handle it, I know one thing that would be a hell of a shoot 2mls primo and half a ml of test oh boy lol. As I said no getting greedy I have my logic based in how I am doing and feeling and training/recovery daily, I take all factors into play.

So far no negative sides or unwanted issues happening day or night hopefully it is that way all cycle.

I have noticed my confidence is beaming in a positive way inside my mind with the way I think about myself and just daily life not in a cocky A-hole manner just overall I am not letting the little things bother me im more happy and u feel more alive, it is that ON feeling I keep referring to with my logs just adding test with primo I just feel so much more alive and well and this is one incredible feeling how two compounds can make you feel a better version of yourself, the more I go and experience the more I understand points of view with certain people who use peds right or wrong with what someone says, very quickly I get it I see it I realize it almost like a light bulb went off in my head as to why some guys blast and cruise and never get off the wheel, I personally won't do that or agree with it but hey I am not here to judge people. I am here to share my knowledge my experiences in detail and help everyone in the community to the best of my ability.

Para Pharma not only helping me reach my gym goals, Para Pharma is helping me become the better more efficient version of me, I've hears alot of guys say in videos primo didn't give them that happy mood boost factor, they also say it doesn't give u strength now while I'm not lifting buildings off the foundation, I am increasing my weights and my reps and my endurance alot, look at the logs and see it is all here in the open. I am experiencing positive thoughts happy-go-lucky vibes ON feeling in the gym and out of it, overall I just feel my quality of life drastically improve already, compared to 75mg of my trt I am a great candidate to tell others the difference between 75mg and a combined 400mg test and Primo the difference is a huge boost. Overall I have nothing but great news to report on Para Pharma and how it is helping me every single day since starting.

I originally started 1:1 to see how I would react and feel, I have thought about possibility of end of week 2 or 3 pushing up into the 250/300 which is max dosages for this cycle. I don't want to get greedy I am just very curious how my mind and body would handle it, I know one thing that would be a hell of a shoot 2mls primo and half a ml of test oh boy lol. As I said no getting greedy I have my logic based in how I am doing and feeling and training/recovery daily, I take all factors into play.

So far no negative sides or unwanted issues happening day or night hopefully it is that way all cycle.

I have noticed my confidence is beaming in a positive way inside my mind with the way I think about myself and just daily life not in a cocky A-hole manner just overall I am not letting the little things bother me im more happy and u feel more alive, it is that ON feeling I keep referring to with my logs just adding test with primo I just feel so much more alive and well and this is one incredible feeling how two compounds can make you feel a better version of yourself, the more I go and experience the more I understand points of view with certain people who use peds right or wrong with what someone says, very quickly I get it I see it I realize it almost like a light bulb went off in my head as to why some guys blast and cruise and never get off the wheel, I personally won't do that or agree with it but hey I am not here to judge people. I am here to share my knowledge my experiences in detail and help everyone in the community to the best of my ability.

Para Pharma not only helping me reach my gym goals, Para Pharma is helping me become the better more efficient version of me, I've hears alot of guys say in videos primo didn't give them that happy mood boost factor, they also say it doesn't give u strength now while I'm not lifting buildings off the foundation, I am increasing my weights and my reps and my endurance alot, look at the logs and see it is all here in the open. I am experiencing positive thoughts happy-go-lucky vibes ON feeling in the gym and out of it, overall I just feel my quality of life drastically improve already, compared to 75mg of my trt I am a great candidate to tell others the difference between 75mg and a combined 400mg test and Primo the difference is a huge boost. Overall I have nothing but great news to report on Para Pharma and how it is helping me every single day since starting.

Hello Brother, no worries I understand exactly what you said it all made perfect sense. I first draw the primo up in the 3ml syringe, I made sure I hold the plunger all the way back and keep the pressure so I don't push any compound into the wring vial, I am sure a little from the needle on the outside might get put in but it is so minimal I do not believe it will cause any issues brother, I am very meticulous, I Double and triple check the syringe and the vials before I insert and draw out, originally I was going to backfill the 3ml but the plunger didn't want to pull out and use separate needles for drawing, if I had to I can switch needles with drawing each because they are lurelock so the needles can be twisted off.

Yeah I know we are very early into the process, I just wanted tonshare my thoughts out loud and see ant advice or perspectives 💪

I finished all my resistance Training for the week finished a day early! Which makes me feel happy and really good that I am becoming more efficient just in week one!

Sunday/Monday/Tuesday are my rest days before I pick back up on Wednesday with workouts again. If I can maintain this kind of energy and efficiency this cycle is going to be great for all 12 weeks. I felt really good just having to go in and do some steady slow cardio for once on a Sunday.

Pip is still feels like a small brusied area nothing major to report on that as it is still super manageable for me, I am just convinced no matter what spot I inject primo is just going to bite and pack a small punch and give me small knotted areas in the muscle which eventually go down after a few days, not really a big deal, I just wanted to continue to note it, I chalk it up to that is just primo regardless , that won't ever stop me from using primo some compounds are just like that.

So far I am really enjoying Para Pharma quality and potency with both compounds, makes me very excited to get bloods down week 4 or 5 and see where the numbers land with test estrogen etc.

You think it would be beneficial like feeder workouts or something along the lines of just being active ? I planned on cardio when cutting the grass which takes me about 45 minutes.

Today was my Monday injection of 100 test & 100 primo and everything went great and was seamless on that front.

No negatives or bad sides to speak of or report on decided to split the dose up again to see if the pip will be the same or change, I like to experiment and really give accurate advice and my experience, never know when it will come in handy to help someone else in the community.

Test as 100mg went into the right ventro glute and the 100mg primo went into the left side of my abdomen lower side under the belly button.

I'm getting really used to and acclimated with the pip and injections into any muscle doesn't prevent me from working that muscle or body part.

Very quickly into this I am a believer in the Para Pharma quality & difference. I am very happy I have the chance and ability to run shuch a great brand, UGFreak being a gold reseller of para pharma ensures me with 100% confidence I will get a strong quality product each and every time, it really puts your mind at ease knowing everything is done the right way.

I am definitely feeling good, I've noticed some muscle harding effects already within the first 7 days. Pumps are alot better and my overall workouts are going alot better, I noticed more then anything the veins popping and being alot more present Biceps seem to be alot more firm.

Today is my first workout of the week and man I did not disappoint! I feel it is super important I switch things up early on, that way I can compare and contrast beginning, middle and end of cycle differences with the changes I notice.

Today I decided I was going to go high rep low weight at the start of my sets and finish the end of my sets with moderate weight and reps.

Today I wanted to test my endurance and my cardiovascular output with my resistance Training.

These are my own personal views and opinions, I know I can share them with out the team getting offended.

I wanted to say with my time researching primobolan and hearing alot of people talk down on it, I Have come to the conclusion when peoole talk down and say negative things, those people have no clue and have never used legitimate primobolan, I say this because my endurance from the 17th of July when I started till this point July 26th it has sky rocketed alot! I know this because ik switching my training to accurately test this. I have also noticed modest strength output.

My recovery is so good infact and my endurance is so good I am able to super set alot more no rest in between, I am able to knock out 100 reps in a very quick duration, sometimes I take 20 seconds majority of my lifts I feel like a machine, even when I think I'm done something with this primobolan happens and I can get 5-10 more reps.

Mentally it is helping me break barriers in my headspace and helping me truck forward and not give in as early as I would before. I seem to just have crazy amounts of stamina.

The pump is fantastic and I seem to be filling out my frame a little more just looking at myself pump aside.

Also I have noticed from my observation alot more people in the gym are starting to stare at me or do double takes, men and women, which is super humbling in my mind and let's me know I am doing things right because I am catching more attention while working out, kind of a neat little feeling. I am not the attention type but I wanted to jot this down for the purpose of my log.

I don't know if I look like I am on something or people just think I am, even random encounters when I am out shopping I will get the occasional compliment on my arms or shoulders by people.

Absolutely zero pip from the primobolan after the Monday injection and zero pip from the test I feel I am finally adjusting on that end.

Still no negative sides to report no pimples no bloat no water no mood swings or changes, libido is great and my mood is great another positive week so far!

Definitely am starting to feel some muscle hardening taking effect in del5s Shoulders and midsection, I felt alot softer before starting the primo and test cycle.

Today is my first workout of the week and man I did not disappoint! I feel it is super important I switch things up early on, that way I can compare and contrast beginning, middle and end of cycle differences with the changes I notice.

Yeah I know tren is number 1 for many, I am more of a mild compound dht kind of person with lowest effective mg possible for results longterm. I won't hate on tren as it has its place, for me the risks outweigh the benefits.

That could also be the case and I did take that into account as a possibility Steve, it could have been a combination of 1 extra day off and the cycle working in my favor.
 
topps i agree with you, primobolan is a great steroid
I couldn't have made a better decision then going with a primo test combination first time around other then when I ran sarms. I hoped I could ease into it and become comfortable and confident over time and it is working day by day.
