U.S. says Canada cares too much about liberties

Canada places so much emphasis on liberties you have places like Quebec that make it illegal to speak english unless you spoke french first.

You have to have all signs, writings etc in french as the first item and it has to be larger than any other language in print next to it.

You have language police that run around and cite people for violating the language law.

And yet you all get a chapped ass when the US wants to reafirm that English is our official language?

you guys should seriously do the same, cause in 20-30 years from now you'll all be speaking spanish.

Fuck that. All previous immigrants to the US, whether Italian, German, Polish, Russian, etc. learned English. And as anybody who has studied Spanish knows, Spanish is very similar to the English language in many ways. It's not like someone who speaks Arabic is trying to learn English. The Hispanic immigrants in the United States must understand that it's the American citizens who overwhelmingly pay all the taxes, fill the ranks of the military/National Guards and vote. What does this mean? That American citizens still run the show, and that Hispanic immigrants don't run or control jack shit accept for the illegal 1 bedroom apartment with 20 people in it. Anytime we want to kick them out, we will. They are not American citizens, thus they have no Constitutionally-protected rights. If they don't like it, tell them to go back to Mexico and cry to Vicente Fox. President Fox needs to start fixing Mexico's own goddamn problems, instead of bitching to President Bush that he should let in an unlimited amount of Mexicans into the US. They are not our citizens, we don't want them here, and the Mexicans have to learn to stand on their own two feet and fix their own problems----in their own counry----without running to Uncle Sam for a handout all the time.

I work for me and my own. In the first place, I believe that federal income tax is a blatant violation of the US Constitution. So for me to have to pay federal taxes----and for some of that to help out all these Hispanic and Indian immigrants that we don't want here----makes me even more sick. The vast majority of American citizens are having enough financial problems as it is.

We do have a national language by law and election. It is supposed to be our first and primary language, yet no one in the public schools enforces it because they are too busy teaching the minimum required to collect a paycheck. And are too afraid of offending the little illegal's parents.

The worst part is that the kids suffer from their parents ineptitudes.
