Please...we rained DPICM all over Iraqi forces for 1/10th the cost...

DPICM are artillery cluster bombs...we are called the king of battle for a reason...

TOT missions are old timey cluster bombs...you have an entire battalion fire HE on a target at a specified time.

I agree with this but I'd first like a 100% guarantee that I won't have to subsidize somebody else's choices regarding drugs.
