U.S. Customs = sender

I knew a guy who in the past has gotten a postcard in the mail stating that he had a package at the post office. Today, he got another one and it said that the sender was the U.S. Customs. What the hell? Anyone have any input?

Sometimes US customs will open a pack check its contents then send it through to its right full owner. A close friend of mine had a pack shipped from England containing 20 sus 250, 100 anadrol, and 500 d-bol. US customs at Chicago terminal opened it, removed the 20 sus, stuck a letter of seziure in the pack and sent the a-50 and d-bol through to my friend. We figure that the customs agent did not know what the pills were????? This was not a controlled delivery and my friend did not get in any trouble. I have also heard of similiar situations that happened to a few other bros as well. Crazy shit like this always makes me nervous though.
