Legion I don't mean to sound rude, but you have a new question on a new routine almost every day. I've seen you go from the normal bbing routine that works for everyone here, to the 5x5 routine, to the working out with just bodyweight routine, and now back to this. You have to find something, stick with it for a while, and then learn how your body reacted to it. If you keep changing your plan up, you're never going to get anywhere. Find a program and dig into it. See what kind of gains you make after 3-4 months. You're like all over the map with this, and it doesn't need to be that complicated.
hit the compound movments hard, supplement with isolation exercises, eat your protein and carbs every three hours, sleep. increase weight when you can...there isn't much more to it than that while you're still new to this. once you've been at it for 2-3 years, then you can start delving into this deeper because the gains will be hard to come by.
