-Calf (killer calf workout on needto's blog)
-side bends 3x10

Damn there is ABSOLUTELY no way I could only hit the gym 2 days a week. Pointless response I know but goodluck bro.

Haha i know tell me about it. But you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes

your split looks pretty good for the days you have available...
maybe if you had some extra energy on thursday you could do some military pressing...

I think I would be able to fit that in. But would i need to? since im doing a good amount of sets/reps of deadlifts, wouldnt deadlifts hit the same spots?

I think you could do without the sidebends, calves, and curls. If you're only going to be working out twice a week, why not get as many compound movements in there as possible? I think you would be able to get much more out of it. Focus on all your big lifts; who cares about adding 2.5lbs onto your curls, start adding 10s and 5s to your military press! that'll make your arms bigger.

I need calves, my calves are tiny and im trying to add anything i can to them. im doing hammer curls and sidebends to help with deads. i need better forearm (hammer curls) and core (sidebends) strength. also i always go all out with each compound exercise. so should i add military?

i c. in my opinion, your deadlift will grow your forearms and strengthen your core for you. But to each his own I guess. I just don't see it being viable to fit in many isolation exercises if you're only going twice a week.I would definitely throw in military press to get the delts/shoulders in there a bit.

Whatever you decide to do, best of luck :)

I'll add military and see how this works for a couple of weeks. Thanks for the input
