Try something else to lose the last 6-7lbs

I have been doing CKD for the last 2 weeks now... Not sure exactly how much i have lost because i am also on some winny and gaining a lttle muscle, but the scale is down 5lbs... But for the last week it has gone up 2lbs, maybe because muscle gain

Anyway i still have 5lbs that i need to lose by june 1st...

I know i need to stop eating before bed... I know i need to get in the right cal range.... SOmetimes i eat over and under, not purposely... From what i can see those are my two major problems.

My workout looks like this: Full body every 2 days for 2 hours, 35-45 minutes of morning cardio on the two days i dont lift.

Should i add in maybe some light cardio on lift days like skipping rope?

As for supplimentation... I ran out of yohimburn and NYC this past week so i have been taking yohimburn only before running and not much... I was taking NYC before workouts and after dinner mixed with eph hcl at lunch.

I have more yohimburn and NYC coming tomorrow... Should i just go crazy with the yohimburn and take 2 nyc caps 3 times pet day?

Also any other suggestions? All the fat i need to lose is pretty much lower abs... Above my bely button is ripped under is a little fat. Everywhere else there isnt much fat at all...

Give me some advice and stuff to do to get those last 5-7lbs off... Should i do a different diet, more cardio, more NYC? HELP ME OUT

Yohimburn DF or original? Be aware of water retention with original if you are using it.

Add in 15-20 minutes of windsprints on an empty stomach every day.

No fat burner is going to take the fat-off its all about your diet. Post your diet up and lets see if we can make any changes.

This isn't really related to your fat loss question, but why do you do full body workouts every 2 days? Why don't you do a more advanced split? I assume if you are using AAS you have been in the game for a while. How can you apply enough intensity to do every bodypart justice in a workout that lasts two hours? I will be spent after doing just one bodypart a day (12-15 sets). Let me know brother!

okay diet first... Now that i look back on the past week, i havent really been counting calories, and i have been eating more cheese and low carb protein snacls than eggs and meat... It was finals week and i was moving out of my place back home... so my meals weren't as spread out as they should have been, and i would go out after dinner(around 8:00) and not get home until 3-4:00 and would eat a small meal before bed, which was prbably killing me.

Anyways here is my normal diet:
10:00 am: 4-6 eggs, 2 sausage patties
12:30 pm: tuna w/ flax, pork, or beef or chicken w/flax
2:00 pm: 0 carb protein shake
4:00pm: some pork rinds and cheese and maybe some deli meat
6:00pm: steak or pork

I probably should add a small amount of green veggies in there

The past week i basically didnt have much time to cook so i was eating cold sausage and cheese throughout the day, with steak at night

As for my training routine---I've been having pretty damn good results with it... this is what i do

Hammer Strength wide chest press 3 sets of 10-15
Cable Flyes 3 sets of 10-15
Cable Chest Press 3 sets of 10-15

Chin ups 3 sets to failure
wide grip lat pull 3 sets of 6-10
close grip row 3 sets of 15

BB bicep curl 3 sets of 12 or 3 sets of 21's
Incline DB curl 4 sets of 10
Preacher cable curl 4 sets of 15

shoulder press 3 sets of 6-12
farmers walks 3 times around gym
front raises 3 sets of 10
lateral row 3 sets of 8-15

dips 4 sets to failure
tricep pull 3 sets of 10
reverse tricep pull 3 sets of 15
close grip bench 3 sets to failure

calf raises to failure
squats 1 set of 30

As soon as i am done with the winny i am gonna switch to DC training

Trying to the lose the last few pounds sometimes means gaining some and sitting on it for a while ( a month or two or more ) and then trying again. This had two benefits for me, coming off of a CKD it allowed me to ease into eating the proper amount and type of carbs to maintain and learn how carbs affect my body and two it allows your body to be replenished. I got down to 187 on a CKD, introduced carbs and went up to 205-207 and leveled off there for a month and then started dieting again ( with carbs ) mostly carbs actually ( low GI carbs ) protein and good fats, and I'm down to 191 ( again with eating carbs ) so I'm pretty sure if I go on a CKD again I will be able to pass the 187 mark and set a new low bodyweight setpoint.

Diet looks good, do windsprints on an empty stomach before eating every morning. Sprint for 30 seconds and go slow for a minute, and work up to 1 minute sprint, 1 minute walk. Nothing burns fat like HIT cardio.
