Approved Log TRT Training and cycles log

Today was arms day:

4 sets heavy triceps pushdowns until failure last set was only 6 reps.
4 sets behind the head with rope, extensions towards ceiling until failure.
4 sets single rope grip cable pushdowns each arm until failure.
4 sets single grip handle cable reverse triceps extensions until failure.
4 sets alternating seated dumbbell curls until failure.
4 sets standing hammer curls with triceps rope until failure
4 sets preacher curls with EZ curl bar until failure.

Eats:
2 cups coffee
6 eggs
protein shake #1
Chicken breast strips (6)
9 mini varab cakes
14 medium shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon
Protein shake #2
Baked chicken breast shredded in bowl with butter and lemon salt and pepper.
Oikos Greek yogurt (000)
Apple
1 cup Black berries
1 strawberry banana smoothie.

Protein shakes are 50 grams two 25 gram scoops. I have one shake after my session and another a @ 4 hours later with my snack. I eat 6 eggs every morning after my workouts. 3.5 dozen eggs a week. I have not tried egg protein powder as of yet.
 
I love seeing these early training times. It is what separates us from people that say they "don't have time" to workout and meal prep.
I get up @ 5:30 - 6:00 AM. I figured just slam a couple of cups of joe and get it over with. It's better than thinking about how It's already 1 pm and I still have to work out some time today. Get it out of the way and I don't have to think about it.

100% man. Most people are sleeping in and saying they don't have time. Then complain they have 20lbs to lose around their gut. Keep grinding brother.
 
Today was shoulders and Traps:
7:30 AM
Laid down on bench facing the ceiling with feet towards cable machine. Did side lateral raises with crossed cables from that position. 4 sets until failure. Really isolates the shoulders.
4 sets standing front lateral raises until failure
4 sets reverse cable flys until failure
4 sets barbell military presses until failure.
Traps:
4 sets barbell front close grip shrugs until failure
4 sets side dumbbell shrugs until failure.

40 Minutes total

Eats:
Protein shake #1
6 scrambled eggs
2 cups of joe
A bowl of shredded chicken breast with butter and lemon juice with seasoning
Protein shake #2
1 Oikos triple zero yogurt
1 Apple
1 strawberry banana smoothie with almond milk. Plain Greek yogurt.
1 10.oz piece of Tri tip.
Broccoli with butter, salt and pepper.
4 bottles of water.

I was trying use stevia sweetener. It just sucks ass. I just can't deal with the weird diet aftertaste. So my old lady brought home some Splenda and it tastes way better. And like Stevia ita doesn't spike blood sugar or raise A1C. So I'm going to go with that crap for a while.

stevia you dont like it? I thought it was fine but you should try monk fruit, you it , monk fruit goes no after taste bro

failure training is legit with the diet today , i like the lay down cables myself :)
