also quick question. in eference to the straight bar curls.. this week i was unable to perform them, sent a horrible shooting pain down thru my forearms.. felt deep, almost in my actual forearm bones.. anyone have anything similar..? im going to just go to 110lb atraight bar see if i notice any relief.. i can alt dumbell curl heavy still.. also. how the fuck is this shit so awesime. im 200lbs and my abs are starting to get sick as fuck.. wow.
