BB row
Straight bar pull downs
Hammer strength ISO row
DB pull over
Wide grip cable rows
Deadlifts
(rear delts- rear delt machine/bent over DB raises)
Narrow day:
Close grip pull downs
DB rows
Hammer strength pull downs
Close grip cable rows
