Yeah I think you should add some db rows in your back workouts.. I think it would be very helpful
 
i just read the entire thread and am impressed. simple cycles with discipline and hard work often work the best. this was most likely posted but i didn't see it.. just wondering how tall you are. and u said u were getting ready for your first show? what weight do you hope to be at?

I'm 5'8... Current weight 192.. Here's last weeks pic and I'll log the workouts from this week..

fuck sorry brothers! been so busy, dirty fuckin oil patch has kept me from the comp. but not the gym..
okay so ill give you some quick updates.
broke 200 this week!!!'
so fucking stoked.
also cool fun fact. cannot touch my shoulders when i flex haha.
im up to 8 plates a side legpress,
still only squatting to just so i can go atg.
incline bench is 2 plates.
flat bench is 110 dbells a side.
decline dbel is 87.5's
curling a plate a side.
im doing barbell rows with a plate and a 25.
shoulder pressing 80lb dbells.
so far for sides.. none.
not one single side.
i am coming up to my sixth shot monday, unfortunately i have no new pics..
but i have time off now. so look forward to more updates!
