fuck sorry brothers! been so busy, dirty fuckin oil patch has kept me from the comp. but not the gym..
okay so ill give you some quick updates.
broke 200 this week!!!'
so fucking stoked.
also cool fun fact. cannot touch my shoulders when i flex haha.
im up to 8 plates a side legpress,
still only squatting to just so i can go atg.
incline bench is 2 plates.
flat bench is 110 dbells a side.
decline dbel is 87.5's
curling a plate a side.
im doing barbell rows with a plate and a 25.
shoulder pressing 80lb dbells.
so far for sides.. none.
not one single side.
i am coming up to my sixth shot monday, unfortunately i have no new pics..
but i have time off now. so look forward to more updates!
