I just got hired for a new job which is great since I have been out of work most of 2020. the downside is and there is always a catch is I have to travel a lot for it especially over the next few months. So this means no more workout partners and no more workout schedules. I’m going to be able to have time to workout in the evenings are super early but only for 30 minutes and it has to be in hotels. What kind of workouts can I do in those hotel gyms?
