I've been shrugging 30lbs...I'll drop the weight and see if that helps. I just think they grew faster soemhow...then my shoulders. ? They are not obscenely huge. But they are at least 3x bigger than before I started...and the rest of me is at 2x. maybe I need to figure out what I'm doing RIGHT for them and apply that to the rest of me. heh! and perhaps I'm being perfectionistic...imagine that!
I'll try to up the weight on shoulders to try to catch them up...down the weight on the shrugs...flex, and smile.
When I 1st saw this thread, I figured it'd be about a trap muscle run amok at a gym hurting people who have dangerously low bodyfat..... I'm disappointed!!
