For some reason my trapezius muscles are gaining size much faster than any of the other muscles in the area. I'm not liking how it looks from the side view. It almost makes my posture look bad, like I'm huntching over. I have a vver varied routine, so I'm not sure what the problem is...I do shoulder shrugs and a series of different isolating rows, as well as shoulder work that might be doing this...like 5 variations of barbell raises.
Maybe I should STOP doing certain excercises until the rest of me catches up? i dunno...but it's really weird. Could also be genetics...but I'd like to think I can isolate this...
Any suggestions?
