I have never really worked hard on my legs. I am beginning to look disproportionate.
One of my goals using gear is to improve on them would you recommend:
A) Squats, Squats and more Squats!
B) Leg Presses, Squats, Extensions, Curls
I have heard mixed opinions.
Kepp in mind I care NOTHING about definition. All I want is for them to gain size so I don't look out of wack.
