Yeah, put down the book and pick up the weights! Resistance trainning is what you need. Cardio is very important but resistance trainning and well timed meals will help put the weight on. You can relax on cardio, maybe 2 or 3 days a week but pick up the steel atleast 5 days a week and dont be afraid to go heavy bc thats what will make the muscle grow. Also GOOD FORM!
