my boyfriend wants to start training from home w DBs. Ive got a few ideas but how can i train the back? I was thinking of a 4day spilt w 30mins low intensity cardio on alt days.
he has a very fast metabolism and is naturally 'toned'...all suggestion appreciated.
back with dumbells is tricky but can be done. You can do a deadlift and one arm rows easily. Also some pullovers are not hard either but I woul hope you have pull-up bar or something to really hit the lats....
I think Suston pretty much nailed it. Try to build some sort of pull up bar, if you don't have one already. Once you get that, get a dip belt (with a chain on it, so you can tie some weight onto yourself), or make one yourself.
