Training the abs with resistence?

hey sk, you should also try standing cable crunches; only its more like a gm than a crunch, anyway it is killer. you will not be able to do the whole stack on these :)

I'll try it. Don't really feel gms on my abs though.

what i meant is the motion resembles more of a gm than a crunch; it definately hits the abs... i will post pics tomorrow

i dont know anyone who uses 200 lbs for cable pull downs.
