Okay so between hockey at night, and work during the days. My training has gotten all f'd up. I still have 3-4 days to train but just all spread out. Go back to the 5x5? Also some times I only have 3 days in a row which is a mofo doing 5x5.
What if I went with squat, bench, dead, arms every work out?? Is that enough to cover full body?? Total of 25 sets, 125 reps.
Also I was thinking about trying 5 mins of HIIT every 5 sets? That would give me 30 mins of HIIT per work out.
