Hey bros I have been recently doing my own version of the MAX-OT program. I have changed it slightly because I dont like how it has you doing 4 upper body days in a row. I personally feel thats to much on your joints and tendons (especially when I'm doing 400mgs of deca for 10 weeks and 30mgs of dbols for 4 weeks. Anyhow this is what the order I have been doing my training:

Monday: Chest
Tues: Legs
Wens: Rest
Thursday Shoulders
FRi: Arms
SAt: Back
Sun : Rest

Any opinions would be great and I was wondering if I should switch my back and shoulder day because I typically try to keep shoulders furtherst away from chest...thanks guys!
 
A better way to do it would be:

4 DAY
M chest/bis
T legs
W rest
T back/tris
F shoulders/calves
S and S rest

or
4 DAY
M chest/calves
T back
W off
T Legs
F Arms/shoulders

my favorite when I'm on a ton of gear and get lots of sleep and food with NO cardio
5 DAY
M Back
T Hams/Calves
W Off
T Chest/Calves
F OFF
S Quads/Arms
S Shoulders/Calves
 
I always split my arms over 2 days. I get a more efficient work out that way. Right now my training looks like this:

Mon- Chest, abs & 30 mins cardio
Tues-Tri, shoulders, abs & 30 mins stair climber
Weds-Back, abs & 30 mins cardio
Thurs-Bi, traps, abs & 30 mins stair climber
Fri-Legs, abs & 30 mins cardio
Sat-off
Sun-off
