Hey bros I have been recently doing my own version of the MAX-OT program. I have changed it slightly because I dont like how it has you doing 4 upper body days in a row. I personally feel thats to much on your joints and tendons (especially when I'm doing 400mgs of deca for 10 weeks and 30mgs of dbols for 4 weeks. Anyhow this is what the order I have been doing my training:
Monday: Chest
Tues: Legs
Wens: Rest
Thursday Shoulders
FRi: Arms
SAt: Back
Sun : Rest
Any opinions would be great and I was wondering if I should switch my back and shoulder day because I typically try to keep shoulders furtherst away from chest...thanks guys!
